K-LEAD Consulting, LLC is designed to offer solutions to businesses within the manufacturing industry based on an in-person facility assessment, as well as, one-on-one management consultation. This consultation, whether a single session or drafted on a retainer basis, is designed to offer insight and suggestions for company growth and improvement. Additionally, recruitment services are available to aid in the process of resolving employment gaps within our customer's organization.
Dan Antonetti founded K-LEAD Consulting, LLC in 2017 following 30 years of experience within the manufacturing industry. Proceeding college, Dan began as a Management Trainee in a mid-sized and highly specialized, complex product based operation in agriculture and industrial markets. His continual growth in the field led him to become the General Manager of one of the largest, safety-critical automotive foundries in the nation. His achievements in implementing a Lean Philosophy created operations known for being some of the safest, well-organized and profitable operations in the industry. These accomplishments not only showcase his skill set, but offer a promise of success to K-LEAD Consulting, LLC customers.
